SIS H 2

SIS H2 - By Moz Tech Developers

Full hospital and national health operations platform

SIS H2 connects care, controls risk, and manages the full healthcare lifecycle.

SIS H2 is not just a clinical system—it is a full hospital and national health operations platform, designed to connect care, control risk, and manage the entire healthcare lifecycle from patient entry to billing and reporting. At its core sits a high-security biometric identity layer, ensuring that every patient, clinician, and clinical action is verified and auditable. Around that, SIS H2 delivers role-based applications for every user type—emergency teams, nurses, doctors, pharmacists, lab technicians, administrators, and remote telehealth operators—each with tailored dashboards and workflows for both in-hospital and remote care environments. Whether accessed via Android, iOS, Windows, or Linux, the system maintains synchronized, secure operations—even offline.

Clinical, operational and diagnostic integration

End-to-end care with real-time safety, diagnostics, billing and stock control.

Clinically and operationally, SIS H2 integrates end-to-end care with real-time safety and diagnostics. It connects directly to imaging systems—including X-ray and MRI from General Electric, CT (TAC) from Philips, and radiography from Delft Imaging Systems—as well as laboratory analyzers and point-of-care devices. The built-in Anti-Collision Control (ACC) engine actively protects patients by detecting drug interactions, allergies, and dosing risks before administration. At the same time, SIS H2 delivers per-patient billing and financial control, tracking every cost—from medication and procedures to bed occupancy and diagnostics—through a unified billing workspace. In parallel, pharmacy and stock management systems monitor inventory in real time, manage procurement, prevent stockouts, and track distribution across departments—ensuring that clinical care is always supported by available resources.

Care, logistics, finance and national intelligence

One connected system for safer, faster and more accountable healthcare.

What makes SIS H2 truly powerful is how it combines clinical care, logistics, finance, and national intelligence into one connected system. Integrated telehealth bridges patients and providers across distance, while interoperability with CommCare, OpenLMIS, and OpenHIM ensures alignment with community health programs, supply chains, and national data exchange layers. Built-in geo-statistics and disease tracking map patient populations, monitor outbreaks, and guide resource allocation in real time. The result is a fully integrated health ecosystem—where patient care, operational control, financial transparency, and national health intelligence work together seamlessly to deliver safer, faster, and more accountable healthcare at scale.
